• Coordinating with the business segments, Country Managers for DRC, Zambia, Rwanda and all key stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal availability of product stock across the region

• Monitoring and reviewing vessel performance and implementing appropriate actions in line with the agreed SLAs
