Responsibility:  Maintaining accurate records of all employees and managing all day-to-day Human Resource tasks.  Responding to staff leave application and taking full responsibility for all leave and attendance records.  Assisting in on boarding new staff, and assisting them to adapt to the organization culture and working environment.  Providing administrative support to meet the needs of staff by preparing and giving relevant correspondence  Organizing and coordinating wellness sessions for staff  Preparation and responding to staff letter and regarding different matters  Assisting in determining need for staff training and coordination of training for staff.  Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods  Conducting Interviews to Public servants who wants to transfers to our Institution and fill the vacant positions.
