Reporting Structure

Reporting to: Head of Retail Banking Supervision of: Marketing Department Interact with: Clients & Employees

Main Duties


Job Purpose: Coordinate brand recall, monitor advertisement for the Bank

Marketing Management :

  • Prepare annual marketing plans for the Bank

  • Liaise with other departments to conduct market research and analysis, product development research, mystery shopping, etc.

  • Initiate all product launches through promotional activities including campaigns, advertisement etc.

  • Develop brochures and advertisements for various Bank’s products and campaigns

    Event Management:

  • Coordinate all corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives

  • Coordinate and assist in organizing the Bank’s corporate functions and sponsored events

    Compliance :

  • Ensure that all marketing and communication activities are in compliance with the Bank’s branding guidelines e.g. conducting regular visits to the branches to ensure adherence to bank's branding standards

  • Monitor and evaluate customer service standards (as per service standard guarantee, turnaround time)

    Risk Management:

  • Develop, update and maintain risk procedures and systems with respect to risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring, risk mitigation strategies and risk reporting relating to marketing functions

    Audit Compliance:

  • Attend to audit (internal and external) queries related to Marketing


  • Prepare regular reports including events’ reports, market research reports, etc.

  • Receive, compile and consolidate invoices received and expenditures relating to advertising, promotions and sponsorships for approval


  • Attend to audit related queries

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

Candidate Specification:

Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 3 years
Skills: SALES , MARKETING , Management , LEGAL , Communication
Ability to: Aligns vision, strategy and actions Embraces change Builds self-awareness, trust and respect , Promote teamwork , Working effectively with teams across geographically-distributed Centres of Excellence , Work in a multicultural, diverse, and highly performance-driven environment , knowledge of various computer applications , graphics design

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or any other related field
