We're looking for a Warehouse Agent who would be  responsible for daily customer inventory management and reporting.
The CS team works closely with our largest and most strategic customers to understand their needs and drive engagement and value-added outcomes. An ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to blend proactive engagement with a basic level of technology use, oral and written proficiency in Kiswahili (English also preferred), customer engagement and an advocate for the company both internally and externally.
They will need to work fast-paced and maintain a high level of communication.

Responsibilities

• Daily stock taking and verification
• Daily update of stock management software
• Customer support regards to the company product
• Regular follow up with customers

• Must have a Diploma in Store Management/ Warehouse Management or any related field
• Not more than 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of operating mobile phone applications
• Knowledge on related software is an added advantage
