Job Summary

We're looking for a Warehouse Agent who would be stationed at our customers’ premises and be responsible for daily customer inventory management and reporting. You will work closely with our largest and most strategic customers to understand their needs and drive engagement and value-added outcomes.

An ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to blend proactive engagement with a basic level of technology use, oral and written proficiency in Kiswahili (English also preferred), customer engagement and an internal and external advocate for the company. They will need to work fast-paced and maintain a high level of communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily stock-taking at customer warehouse premises
• Utilize company software and hardware to correctly record customer stock
• Communicate with the company promptly should there be any discrepancies in customer conduct and stock movement
• Support the follow-up and/or enforcement of hardware and software usage requirements on the client side
• Educate customers about company products.

• MUST be a resident of the specified regions ( Arusha, Dodoma, Mwanza, Mbeya & Morogoro
• At Least a Diploma from an accredited higher learning institution
• Ability to quickly learn and use mobile technology
• Ability to apply simple mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Language proficiency in Swahili, (English also preferred bonus)
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral language
• Available to physically present themselves full time at customer premises
