Languages:
Main Duties
- Manage financial records, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for marketing projects and events.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including client invoicing and supplier payments.
- Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
- File tax returns and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Produce financial reports and advise management on cost control and profitability.
- Support event/project managers with financial planning and expenditure tracking.
Other Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in service-oriented industries (marketing, media, events, or hospitality).
- Experience with event budgeting and project-based accounting is an asset.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Sage).
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of tax laws, statutory filings, and compliance requirements.
