Description
- The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage reports directly to the Hotel Manager.
- They assist in establishing overarching objectives and policies for the hotel, managing the food and beverage department, and ensuring the hotel meets its obligations under its management terms and agreements with the owner."

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Micros.

- Strong Customer Service/Employee Relations Skills.
