Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Follow Up Intern, located in Tanzania. The Follow Up Intern will be responsible for monitoring and managing ongoing client orders, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing any logistics related inquiries.
- Key tasks include coordinating with various teams to resolve issues, providing updates to customers, maintaining accurate records, and offering excellent support to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage
- Experience in call center is a plus
