Job Summary:
- The Sales Officer will be responsible for selling a range of products including phone accessories, TVs, and imported plastic tables and chairs.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in electronics or consumer goods.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through regular visits and communication.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by actively seeking new sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products to customers using solid product knowledge and persuasive techniques.
- Accurately record customer orders and coordinate with the office to ensure prompt and complete order fulfillment.
- Increase product awareness through branding, promotions, and advertising activities in the market.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and general market trends.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics or consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of electronics products.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
