Main Duties

Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead sales team in the distribution and selling of smartphones through our asset financing scheme.
  • The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring successful implementation of the asset financing program.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and experience in financial services or asset financing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on distributing and selling smartphones through  asset financing scheme.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and understanding of the asset financing program.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the asset financing process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including smartphone manufacturers, financial institutions, and retail partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and program effectiveness for senior management.


Other Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge in Sales and Marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or management role, preferably in the telecommunications or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with asset financing or consumer finance programs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on achieving results.

Renumeration

  • The compensation for this position is primarily based on commission, with bonuses on achieved targets.
  • Commission structure will be based on individual and team sales performance, providing significant earning potential for high performers.
