Main Duties
Job Summary:
- The Accountant Executive will handle invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and inventory management for company products. Responsibilities also include petty cash management, vendor invoices, government compliance, and month-end activities.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of invoicing processes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile transactions.
- Oversee inventory management and related financial transactions.
- Handle petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with government requests and regulations.
- Account for vendor invoices, ensuring proper reconciliation with payments.
- Manage intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation.
- Track and reconcile fixed assets, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Perform month-end activities such as accrual accounting and recording of prepaid expenses.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
