Job Scope
- To expand Retail footprint in the Lake region and manage Retail sales operations out of these showrooms with focus on Color, Lifestile and Solution Sales
Responsibilities
- To drive and achieve overall retails sales per BPP
- Work closely with sales officers on strategies to achieve desired results, address pricing issues, close orders and any other issue related to the business
- Execute Retail footprint as per plan. Scout for suitable locations and coordinate with various functions to have the showroom ready within the given timelines (End-to-end coordination)
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning & Customer Service to ensure availability of stock of raw material and traded items to enable service customers’ orders within lead times
- Track walk-in at the Retail showrooms to achieve desired order conversion rate
- Drive installer program in the Lake region with support from Marketing team
- To coordinate and manage MARCOM programs as required for the Retail business with the support of the Marketing team
- Assist in recruit sales officers for the new showrooms
- Manage customer complaints with support from Customer Service
- To ensure compliance with company credit policy and collection targets
- To ensure compliance with SAP processes per company norms
- Prepare and submit reports as required by Head of SC
Other Requirements
Qualification and Competencies
- Undergraduate degree in business management or equivalent. Masters degree will be an advantage
- Excellent sales & customer service
- Good communication and listening skills
- Good computer literacy – SAP S4 HANA will be an added advantage
- Able to solve problems and make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work long working hours as and when required
