Main Duties

Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to increase sales within assigned geographical areas. The Area Sales Manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plan reviews.
• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
• Determine annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and trade promotion programs, and developing field sales action plans.
• Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements.
• Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team within an assigned territory.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.

Other Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics.
• Proficient in communication skills, both oral and written.
• Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
