Main Duties
Responsibilities
- Reconciles invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issues invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Prepare,review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Ensuring payments,amounts and records are correct.
- Recording and filling cash transactions
- Controlling credits and chasing debt
- Liaising with third party providers,clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Qualification

- ehrm systems-Auto reminders eg contract renewal
