Main Duties
Duties and responsibilities;
The selected candidate will be incharge of a branch transaction and the daily tasks will include;
- Data entry
- Reports preparation - daily/weekly/monthly/Annual
- Verification and approval of all payments
- Posting of production/sales/expenses in the SAP system
- Verification of cash movement/receivable payment
- Verification of dispatched goods for sales
- Reconciliation of EFD sales report against book records
- Any other work related to finance and accounting at the branch level
Other Requirements
Minimum Educational requirements:-
- Diploma in accounting/computer software
- Having a degree in commerce /Finance/IT/Procurement will be an added advantage
- CPA is an added advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Tally)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software(excel,word,PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills in applying accounting principles and ensuring that best practices are observed
- Time management skills
