Job Summary:
- The Back Office Sales Associate will provides administrative support by preparing reports, managing customer records in Tally, and assisting with orders and queries. The role includes coordinating deliveries, managing documentation, and performing basic accounting tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in Tally software.
- Assist in order processing, follow-ups, and resolving customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Generate and analyze sales-related data to provide actionable insights to the team.
- Manage documentation, filing, and other back-office operations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as reconciling accounts, verifying transaction entries, and preparing reports.
Other Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in a back-office or sales support role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Tally software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
