Main Duties
JOB PURPOSE
- Managing and overseeing branch staff, supervising branch operations and ensuring efficient operations on a day to day basis. Lead team to drive business performance through acquisition,coaching,business development and retention of customer relationship. Manage the sales culture through all levels to meet and exceed established sales and revenue goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
- Evaluating employees performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Recognizing employees achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
- Developing and implementing sales plans
- Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
- Briefing employees on current sales goals,promotions and other relevant informations
- Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
- Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
- Interacting with custommers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain feedback
- Resolving customer problems as needed
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the company within the country
- Assessing market conditions and identifying oppportunities
- Drafting forecasts and business plans
- Managing budgets,allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives
- Coordinatinng with other branches to share knowledge,plan promotional activities or achieve goals
- Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
- Achievements of sales target for the month
- Responsible for debt collection for all key accounts of Arusha and Mwanza region
