Summary
- We are looking for motivated and dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent the company brand in retail stores across Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mbeya, Tanga, Dodoma, Morogoro, Singida & Mtwara regions. This role involves promoting and selling mobile devices, ensuring high brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
- Target potential customers and create tailored marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing sales.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance performance.
Other Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Fresh graduates with knowledge and passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in selling electronic devices is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
