Main Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance with expatriate tax laws.
- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Support business expansion and investment initiatives.
- Develop and mentor local finance teams.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience .
- Experience in tax compliance and expatriate tax laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to different business practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with cross-border financial regulations and transactions.
