Main Duties
Job Purpose
- This position is responsible for Account, control, reporting and compliance
Responsibilities
- Complete control over Africa Agri Business.
- Local Forex Management.
- Deal Sheet working and Profitability for Africa origin.
- Control the Banking line and funds management and tracker.
- Supplier/Customer reconciliation and on time account closure.
- Support in Month closing, MIS, Audit.
- Control and monitoring of stock, Inward/outward, Stock verification monthly.
- Ensure On time invoice posting (Cargo as well as Service) & export Invoicing.
- All local compliance like GST/VAT, IT, WH tax and Export compliance.
- Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Qtrly/Yearly reporting as guided by India office.
- Ensure all compliances locally and keeping the books as per local GAAP.
- Flexible for mobility.
