Main Duties
Description
- Finance Officer goal is to manage and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and receivables
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
- Issuing petty cash and managing cash by cost cutting where necessary
- Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Handling general account queries
- Handling daily banking requirements
- Provide training to new and existing staff on the accounts department activities
- Handling general accounts queries
- Any other additional duties that will be assigned
Other Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in a related fields
Required skills:
- Strong operational accounting knowledge preferred statutory operational compliances like VAT, withholding Tax etc, Data entry, computer Knowledge.
