Main Duties
Summary
- The Fleet Tracking Executive is responsible for ensuring the effective tracking and management of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor all company vehicles, reporting their status regularly.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the fleet.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to fleet management.
- Address and escalate issues related to vehicle tracking defaults.
- Review and summarize weekly and monthly reports on vehicle status.
- Provide detailed periodic reports on vehicle locations, speed, violations, and usage.
- Identify and report trends, poor driving behaviors, and other significant findings.
- Manage fleet presentation, including accident reporting and willful damages caused by drivers.
- Support other teams and functions as needed by the business.
Other Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Procurement and Supply Management or other related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong ethics in dealings with drivers and suppliers.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
