Description
- Looking to recruit a Fleet Tracking Officer who will be responsible for monitoring and managing the movement of entire company fleet of buses and ensuring efficient fleet operations.
- Our company uses a GPS tracking system which tracks the location, speed, and performance of vehicles in real-time.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the location, speed, and performance of company vehicles using tracking system.
- Preparing report on departure and arrival times of all buses on routes.
- Preparing Fuel Consumption report all routes.
- Monitor Surveillance of all CCTV on board cameras to ensure no overloading of passengers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fleet operations.
- Coordinate with drivers and conductors to optimize routes and schedules for efficient transportation.
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that may occur during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
- Analyze data from tracking systems to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and ensure all on road fines are paid timely.
- Ensure route compliance with each bus operating on specific route.
- Any other duties assigned by management
Other Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using fleet tracking systems and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industry.
