Main Duties
Responsibilities
- Updating employee records: Maintaining employee files and databases
- Screening resumes: Organizing and reviewing resumes
- Posting job ads: Assisting with posting job openings
- Scheduling interviews: Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
- Assisting with new employee orientation: Helping with paperwork and introducing new staff to their work environment
- Contributing to training programs: Helping to coordinate training programs
- Preparing HR reports: Assisting in preparing HR-related reports
- Distributing company policies: Helping to distribute company policies
- Participating in company events: Helping to organize company events
- Initiating background checks: Conducting background checks on potential candidates
- Improving HR policies and procedures: Helping to improve and implement HR policies and procedures
Other Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management
- GPA: 3.5 and above
- Graduate of 2023/2024
