Main Duties

Summary

• We are looking for HR Officer to join our team. HR Officer will be responsible for implementation of  Human Resources policies, processes and systems that drives the achievement of business objectives. HR officer should have excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities 

• Administer recruitment processes, including planning and evaluating staffing needs, short-listing applications and interviewing as well as facilitate new employee onboarding.
• Coordinate HR policies and procedures around employee terms & conditions of service.
• Ensure complete and up-to-date employment documentation and confidential handling of employee information.
• Coordinate employee learning and development plans including annual staff development plans and preparation of monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements and applicable Labour laws.
• Work with payroll administrator to align all necessary changes on payroll.
• Audit the employee information system and make sure HR information is up to date.
• Monitor and facilitate timely implementation of the Performance Appraisal System by training staff on the use of performance management system.
• Perform any other HR related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor..

Other Requirements

 Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human resource Management , Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as HR officer in Transport and Logistics Industry.
• Knowledge of HR functions. 
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
