Main Duties
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Employee Onboarding: Help with new hire orientation and preparing onboarding materials.
- Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Training Assistance: Support the coordination of employee training programs.
- Payroll and Benefits Support: Assist with payroll processing and managing employee benefits data.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- GPA of 3.5 and above (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail for handling sensitive information.
- Basic HR knowledge (practices, laws, compliance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling employee data.
- Interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing HR-related issues.
- Willingness to learn and develop HR knowledge.
