Job Summary:
- The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for supporting HR and administrative functions within the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws. The officer will also assist in developing staff capacity and promoting a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
- Assist in staff training, performance evaluation, and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Other Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
