Main Duties
List of key duties that will be used in performance evaluation including targets
- Supervise the IT Technical Support team to ensure
- timely resolution and closure of customer queries.
- Monitor support KPIs, escalate blockers, and improve response workflows.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to align customer needs and project timelines.
- Maintain and optimize cloud environments business applications.
- Implement and refine monitoring, alerting, and backup systems for production resilience.
- Document and enforce operational guidel
Other Requirements
Education
- Experience: (in years) 5+ years in IT operations or technical support, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Other qualifications:(Relevant to position
- ITIL Certification is required
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or Prince 2) is an added advantage
- Other IT related Certifications
- Other Leadership certifications
- Software: Relevant to position applied for (i.e MS Office, SAP,ERP,etc)
