Main Duties

Key Responsibilities

ECOMMERCE & ERP Support

• Provide technical support and maintenance for ECOMMERCE & ERP systems, ensuring smooth operation and resolving user issues.
• Assist with ECOMMERCE & ERP configurations, including setting up user roles, permissions, and security.
• Troubleshoot ECOMMERCE & ERP-related problems, such as data inconsistencies, system errors, and integration issues.
• Support data migration, import/export processes, and routine database maintenance tasks.
• Work with ECOMMERCE & ERP vendors or consultants to implement updates, patches, and customizations as required.

Technical Support

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Monitor and ensure the performance and security of IT infrastructure, such as servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.

System Maintenance and Optimization

• Perform regular system health checks and ensure backups are scheduled and tested.
• Monitor system performance and address bottlenecks proactively.
• Document recurring issues and suggest improvements to minimize downtime.

Documentation and Training

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide training to end-users on ECOMMERCE & ERP and IT systems to enhance adoption and proficiency.

Collaboration and Escalation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to understand and address ECOMMERCE & ERP needs.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to third-party support or senior management.
• Participate in ECOMMERCE & ERP and IT system audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

 IT and Technical Support Team

Shopify Developer

• Customize the Shopify store theme and functionality.
• Integrate third-party apps and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain site performance, ensuring fast load times and mobile optimization.

Data Analyst

• Analyze sales, customer behavior, and website performance.
• Generate reports to guide business decisions.
• Use tools like Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and third-party data tools.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT and technical support, with exposure to ECOMMERCE & ERP systems.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with ECOMMERCE & ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Shopify or others).
• Knowledge of SQL databases, including query writing and performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of system integration and data handling (e.g., CSV import/export).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems, hardware, and network issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Certification or equivalent knowledge of IT service management.
• Certifications in relevant ECOMMERCE & ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, MCP, SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Certified Professional).
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for IT and ECOMMERCE & ERP systems.

• Average resolution time for technical and ECOMMERCE & ERP-related tickets.
• System uptime and performance metrics.
• End-user satisfaction ratings.
