Main Duties
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (computers, servers, printers) and software.
- Perform routine checks to ensure systems are running optimally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet connections.
- Monitor network performance and ensure uptime.
- Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Monitor and manage data backup and recovery processes.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with networking tools and protocols
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
