Main Duties
JOB OUTLINE:
- To Market & sale all products in the product line of the department
- To ensure that the documentation process is consistently maintained for every transaction Made
- To ensure that all transactions are carried out in accordance to company policy.
- To ensure debt are Collected in time
- To Collect & communicate marketing information in time
- To advise management on business trends and market opportunities concerning company products and to assess the situation of our competitors
- To perform any other duties requested by management related to the function
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- All Sales & Marketing duties are to be conducted in accordance to the Sales Department Procedures
Customer coverage
- To conduct customer visits and identify potential business areas in order to create business opportunities and sales ;
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual coverage plan and generate :
- Weekly call report
- Safari report
- Monthly competitive information
- Monthly population update in MIS/ManCRM
Deal transactions
- To make sure customer got feedback on any quote request & other related services
- To ensure the prices & other information given are correct for both company & TRA
- To follow up on any deal until is closed and after sales services
- To ensure that products sold are delivered to the customer in their best condition and with all relevant documents.
- To maintain sales records including customer details, orders, invoices, credits, debts etc.
- Proper filling of all transaction documents for future reference
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded in the system ( CODA & MANPRO)
Team working
- In liaison with the Technical Supervisor, to plan and follow up after-sale service to all complete units sold / serviced.
- To deputize activities of the Counter Sales & store keeper during his absence as may be required by the management.
Personal Development
- To ensure active self learning on use of operating systems, and other software used in the department
- To ensure active participating in the training opportunities given by management
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Other Requirements
Qualification
- Degree level understanding of management, financial and business pract
- High level of Information Technology and Personnel Computing

EXPERIENCE
- Sales work experience in a similar industry
- Successfully completed final year degree project in a relevant topic.
- Engineer with basic knowledge on Business from a recognised University.
