Main Duties
Description
- Marketing Operations
- Market intelligence
- Follow up for payment of any.
- Receipt of orders
- Checking of payment receipt from FINANCE
- Creation of Sales order
- Creation of Sales Loading order
- Creation of Sales Invoice after loading of TT
- Sending invoice to Terminal for handing over to customer TT.
- Liaising with Transport section for TT allocation for stock transfer.
- Coordinating with Iringa for stock transfer
- Creating loading order for stock transfer
- Ensuring TT loaded on time
- Ensuring all loaded TT given AEL Invoice
Day to Day MIS:
- Daily Retail Sales Posting SAP
- Daily reconciliation with Sales and Stocks
- Releasing daily Sales report product-wise, segment wise
- Releasing daily Stock report Product-wise and terminal wise
Office Work:
- Filing of documents
- Maintaining customer details
- Any Other
Other Requirements
Experience:
- Should 2-3 years of experience in similar role. Should have proficiency in MS office and preference would be
- given for experience in working on ERP systems i.e. SAP B1
Qualification:
- Graduate preferably in commerce or business administration.
