Main Duties
Job Purpose:
- To develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the hospital’s eye care services, increase patient flow, and build strong community awareness of the hospital as a trusted provider of eye health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote eye treatment services.
- Identify and engage new markets, corporate clients, schools, and community organizations.
- Plan and manage outreach programs, health talks, and free eye screening events.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, opticians, and referral networks.
- Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and traditional advertising.
- Conduct market research to understand patient needs and competitor activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Support in developing promotional materials (flyers, posters, banners, etc.).
- Work closely with hospital departments to ensure service visibility and patient satisfaction.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare/medical marketing (eye care experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital marketing and social media management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven personality.
