Main Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sourcing: 

• Identify and compile a list of potential hospitals and corporate offices in the target market and research and analyze referral opportunities to align with the hospital's goals.

Appointment Scheduling: 

• Reach out to potential partners via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to schedule appointments for the Business Development Executive as well as coordinate and manage calendars to ensure timely and efficient meetings.

Relationship Building: 

• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential referral partners, ensuring a professional and positive first impression and build rapport and maintain open communication with key personnel in hospitals and corporate offices.

Collaboration and Reporting: 

• Work closely with the Business Development Executive to align sourcing efforts with overall business strategy.Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, including contacts made, appointments scheduled, and feedback received.

Market Insights: 

• Provide insights into referral trends and opportunities for business growth and Monitor competitor activities to enhance the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Other Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills:

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: 

• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Organization Skills: 

• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Self-Motivated: 

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently under supervision.
