Main Duties
- Provide support to all business units including administrative, Marketing and warehouse departments
- Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
- Issue change, receipts and refunds to customers
- Carefully reconcile the amount of cash you have at hand and the amount in the system
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times
- Keep reports and records of all transactions
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies and procedures
- Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines
- Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance
- Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations
- Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
Other Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related field
- Experience as a cashier
- Experience on Finance and accounts is an added advantage
- Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo, Shacman is an added advantage
- Should have computer skills
