JOB SUMMARY
- We are looking for a qualified and innovative operations officer to increase the efficiency and profitability of our operations. In this role, your duties will include reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and developing new company policies.
- To ensure success as an operations officer, you should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills. Operations officers are comfortable in leadership positions and have extensive operations management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor cleaning activities across different sites to guarantee efficient and effective service delivery
- Assign duties and responsibilities to cleaning teams, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including staff attendance, equipment maintenance, and client feedback
- Oversee inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely replenishment of supplies
- Monitor usage and implement cost-saving measures where possible
- Conduct inspections and audits to assess the quality of cleaning services
- Implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment for staff and clients
- Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives.
- Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
Other Requirements
Operations Officer Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar.
- Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
- Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
