Main Duties
Job Summary:
- This position is responsible for supervision of company's operations in accordance with the Company's Policies and Procedures.
Key Functions:
- Planning, executing and supervising office administration and employees
- Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
- Overseeing operations of Transport and Security departments
- Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
- Implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management.
- Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.
- Administer Building and office furniture and fittings maintenance
- Administer good Housekeeping
- Administer and implement management guidelines regarding OSHA
- Host company guest and government visitors
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of office equipment and ensure timely service is done
- Manage AMC for office equipment (CCTV, Photocopier, Computers and Servers)
- Assist procurement of various licenses and permits
- Perform document and system checks to ensure compliance with company regulations and guidelines
- Manage insurance claims
- Facilitate company functions and events like Team Building and CSR activities
- Submit reports as required by the management
Other Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration or in a related field
- Proven experience in operations supervision or a related role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility in working hours
