Main Duties

Job Outline

• Perform effective customer coverage to sell all specifed Unapower/Caterpillar Power Generators , Ligthing Plant  and Pumps (Refer to the job description for more details).

Job Responsibility.

• Effective plan to execute a minimum of 6 customer visits during a day some of which should be new customers. All those meetings are entered into Salesforce.com daily.
• Follow the sales cycle from beginning to end including initial contact; client needs analysis, development of proposals and presentation, and closing the deal.
• dentifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish
• To ensure that all customer enquiries, problems, information and complaints are dealt with in a timely, professional and competent manner with a positive outcome achieved at all times
• In addition to customer coverage in the customer list allocated to the salesman, he will also concentrate on coverage in his geographical area to identify all projects within that area at the earliest stage possible and make sure that no single project comes to its finishing stage without being covered.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Any lost sales should be reported and discussed with the Manager and thereafter should be submitted to the  Marketing Coordinator.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products,
• Ensure all company properties under Salesman custody are kept in good condition and report any defect immediately when occurs.   
• Sales Manager should give support where and when necessary

Other Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sales
• Ability to assimilate technical information
• Proven selling ability
• Ability to demonstrate technical expertise in electric power and/or generators is preferred
• Knowledge of electricity and engine generators is a plus
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge
• Driving License Preferred
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and drive for success
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Must exhibit professionalism and excellent customer service
• Efficient time management skills
