Main Duties
JOB SUMMARY
- Procurement cum sales is responsible for procurement and sales activities to ensure recruit of new clients ,stock ,writing tenders and leading a team members
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend customer phone calls related to product and order enquiries
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers
- Prepare purchase orders, track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Searching for new clients and marketing our products
- Preparation and writing of tenders
- Handle purchasing and sales order processing
- Assist in inspecting all incoming and outgoing stock
- Monitor outstanding payments from debtors and follow up through
- email & phone calls for timely payment.
- Support sales in general operations , managing schedules, data entry and filing.
- Liaise with customers on sales orders, stock availability and delivery overdue payments and collections
- Monitoring and coordinating procurement and sales team
- Manage weekly supplier communication channels to stay on top of all outstanding orders.
- Prepare and draft purchase orders and upload corresponding shipment data into our tools.
- Develop and implement new procurement and sourcing strategies, aligning with industry news and best practices.
- Prepare reports

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor in procurement and logistics
- 5 years of experience in procurement and sales
- Team work skills
- Good leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
