Main Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of landscaping and agricultural projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules, workflows, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead the design process, including conceptualizing landscape designs for projects.
- Ensure professional drawings, plans, and specifications are prepared according to industry standards.
- Conduct site measurements to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications during site preparation and execution phases.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, challenges, and achievements for senior management
- Monitor the performance of each project and provide solutions to issues as they arise.
- Supervise and guide a team members to enhance team performance.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of operations experience in landscape architecture, gardening, or civil engineering, with a focus on agricultural or construction-related projects.
- Hands-on experience in preparing professional drawings, conducting site measurements, and ensuring the quality of landscape designs.
- Knowledge of landscaping, gardening, and agricultural project operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects
