Main Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase market share and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and our partners
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and report to sales director
- Conduct regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met and that the company is delivering exceptional customer service
- Identify potential customers and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
