Main Duties
Principle Accountabilities
- Developing marketing opportunities and planning new sales
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives while adhering to the Company’s sales rules engagement and ethical standards
- Engaging in prospecting activities within assigned sales territories and products categories, including cold call campaigns, emails outreach ,and responding to inquiries via phone and emails
- Managing sales process, which encompasses sales presentations ,negotiations, coordination of deliverables, and maintenance of strong customer relationships.
- Pursuing continuous learning of new products and enhancement of selling skills; attendance at training events and participation in self-paced tutorials are required.
- Maintain accounts receivables in alignment with financial objectives
- Staying informing about competitors ,competitive issues related products
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, products seminars, and trade promotions
- Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations
- Overseeing contract negotiation
- Upselling and offer additional products/services to existing clients
- Providing weekly reports detailing closed business, forecasted opportunities, marketing plans, and other relevant management issues or concerns.

Other Requirements
Qualifications
- MBA /MA/Bachelor’s in Marketing/ Business Management.
- 7 years as a Sales manager preferably in Plastic processing industries
- Experience in Plastic products is advantageous.
- Proven ability to achieve desired results both individually and collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional presentation and negotiations skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms is a plus
- Experience in B2B and B2C Sales is beneficial
- Logical approach to identify and solve the problem
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
