Main Duties

• As a Sales Manager Construction you will Implement effective strategies to achieve sustained success. You will work closely with the customers/stakeholders to drive equipment availability; Sales support and ensure sales process excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for Meetings Sales targets for the construction and mining equipment’s across the country
• Deliver executive level reporting and sales performance updates to the senior Management
• Serve as a consultant to the customers/ contractors in selling value proposition of the John deere equipment
• Ensure the sales team achieve Sales Turnover, operation profit as per the budget guidelines
• Increase Retail sales and market share for JD equipment through Volume retail sales of John Deere Construction equipment by focusing on Mining sector
• Create and develop key accounts in Contracting segment within mining and road construction sectors
• Manage fast turnaround of stock to reduce the number of aged inventories in country.
• Optimize Expenses and manage receivables ensuring 100% collections of turnovers.
• Spearhead Sales and Marketing Campaigns to increase Product awareness, Brand Positioning and   activate sales of tractors and farm equipment

Other Requirements

• Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong background in Mining Sector as related to construction equipment
• Extensive field-based exposure in mining environment

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering or any related fields
• 8-10 years of proven fields experience, including team management and strategic decision making
• Leadership, Customer focused collaboration critical thinking and problem solving
