Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand market presence for our alcoholic beverage products.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and communication.
- Meet monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Record customer orders accurately and coordinate with the sales office for timely dispatch.
- Recruit and service customer outlets, ensuring adherence to journey plans.
- Promote product awareness through branding, advertising, and in-market promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to stay competitive.
- Perform daily sales reconciliation and report field activities consistently.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing within the beverage industry or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage product lines and promotional techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
