Main Duties

Job Description

• A salesperson is responsible for ensuring that costomers are satisfied with their experience in the store and making  sure that  they purchase the right type of tyres for their vehicles.

Responsibility as follows;

• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service by answering their  questions, providing advice and guidance  and helping them make informed decisions about their tyres purchase and other products and services
• Providing information about  the diferent types of tyres and other services available,including their specifications,features and benefits
• Helping customers choose the right tyres and other products and services for their vehicles based on their needs and budgets
• Upselling additional products and services such as warranties,alignment services and rotations and other services
• Accurately recording customer information and orders in the stores system
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and displays and ensuring that all products are properly labeled
• Maintaining knowledge of current industry trends .news products and competitors to provide excellent customer service and stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborating with other sales team members and management to achieve sales targets and goals
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Overall the salesperson is responsible for providing exceptional customer service,maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working with customers to help them find the right tyres and other services rendered by us for the vehicles

Qualifications

• Degree in sales and marketing or related field
• 3 years experience
• Good customer services
• Flexible
