Responsibility
Key areas of performance
- Prepare application for interim payment certificate and agree interim payment certificates to consultants(engineers)
- Prepare checks interim and final valuations for subcontractors
- Prepare/bulding subcontract rates and make necessary negotiation
- Calculate actual materials requirements as per work programme
- Prepare documents for subcontractor quotations
- Prepare and compile data/records for claim of extension of time and resulting additional costs
- Effective and clear communication with all trades on site/office
- To carry out and perform any duties/instructions required by management in relation to my employment
- Read contract documents and draft subcontract documents
- Carryout supervision of quantity surveyors and assign necessary duties
Other Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree in quantity surveying
