Main Duties
- Inspect & Report for damage or discrepancies, while receiving & retrieving stock
- Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels
- To ensure material dispatches are regularly communicated or updated to the Customer Service team
- Should be comfortable to work outside, if required
- To keep a clean & safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Follow quality service standards & comply with procedures and rules
- Supervise loading and unloading operations
- Check and verify materials in warehouse periodically
- Clarify specifications, quantities
- Verify good received noted, check physically on materials received in good condition
- Follow standard procurement procedures
- Allocate cost codes correctly
- Maintain well-organized secure stores
Other Requirements
- Degree in Procurement and Supply management or related field
- Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo, Shacman for at least 2-3 years (Is a must)
- Good experience as a store keeper/warehouse officer for 2-3years
- Should have computer skills
