Main Duties
Position Summary
- According to the relevant regulations of the company, undertake the organizationandmanagement of the daily work of the warehouse, be responsible for formulatingandrevising the management system of warehouse receipt and delivery, operationprocess, etc., improve the procedures and standards of the warehouse management, ensurethetimely supply of materials, optimize the inventory structure, and reduce the inventorycost.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily work task assign and operation follow up
- Warehouse work plan and space utilization management, ensure all stock has beenkeep safely and at correct place
- team member training, supervision and assessment of working performance
- First in first out management, system exceptional case clean
- Daily 5S inspection and corrective action plan
- Daily inventory stocktaking supervision and random check stock accuracy.
- Operation efficiency improvement and cost controlling
- Optimization project implementation
- Other tasks by manager
Other Requirements
Qualification Education background
- Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management or business administration
- Work Experience 3 years’ experience as warehouse leader in MNC, leading a teamof more than 50 people to manage a warehouse of over 5,000 square meters
