Main Duties

Duties and responsibilities;

The selected candidate will be incharge of a branch transaction and the daily tasks will include;

• Data entry
• Reports preparation -  daily/weekly/monthly/Annual
• Verification and approval of all payments
• Posting of production/sales/expenses in the SAP system
• Verification of cash movement/receivable payment
• Verification of dispatched goods for sales
• Reconciliation of EFD sales report against book records
• Any other work related to finance and accounting at the branch level

Other Requirements

 Minimum Educational requirements:-

• Diploma in accounting/computer software
• Having a degree in commerce /Finance/IT/Procurement  will be an added advantage
• CPA is an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Tally)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office software(excel,word,PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills in applying accounting principles and ensuring that best practices are observed
• Time management skills

Job experience

          2 years and above.
