Main Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase market share and revenue
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and our partners
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and report to sales director
• Conduct regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met and that the company is delivering exceptional customer service
• Identify potential customers and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Participate  in marketing campaigns and promotions
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Other Requirements

REQUIREMENT

• Undergraduate degree in business management
• Min 1 years’ experience
• Good negotiation skills and decision making
• Excellent customer service
• Good communication and listening skills
• Problem solving skills
